The OSDR-GeneLab Enabled profile on Google Scholar passed 200 entries this month. Every one of these works reused data from OSDR, GeneLab, ALSDA, RadLab, or EDA, or exists because this community and its Analysis Working Groups exist.

The breakdown: 164 peer-reviewed publications, 21 pre-prints, and 15 student theses.

The trajectory is quite interesting too. OSDR-Enabled took seven years to reach its first 82 entries (2017 through 2023). It added 118 in the 32 months since. 2024 alone produced 47 outputs, driven by the SOMA package in Nature and its companion journals. 2025 added 35, and 2026 stands at 36 with four months remaining.

Two shifts stand out in the recent work. First, pre-prints now make up a quarter of 2026 output, which means the community shares results faster and the peer-reviewed count for this year will keep rising well into 2027. Second, the methods have moved. Early Enabled papers ran differential expression and pathway enrichment on single datasets. Recent entries apply machine learning ensembles across tissues, federated learning between the ISS and Earth, and natural-language access to knowledge graphs built on OSDR metadata. The repository has become training data as much as reference data.

Thank you to everyone who pulled a dataset, ran an analysis, mentored a student, or wrote up a result.

**If you have an OSDR-enabled paper, pre-print, or thesis that is not yet on the profile, post it here or send it to me and I will add it.**
