Hi [@MicrobesAWG](https://awg.osdr.space/groups/microbesawg)

We have updated our meeting host for the Biofilms subgroup from Zoom to Teams, so please update your meeting details accordingly.

Just a quick update on the 3 projects we have as of 28/10/26:

1. Methods to Study Space Biofilms - project now closed to new members. Manuscript written, figures outstanding.

2. Role of ROS in biofilm formation in spaceflight - project open to new members, has been on hold for a few months, looking to restart work.

3. Behaviour of conserved biofilm genes in spaceflight- project open to new members, working through terrestrial literature to identify genes for interrogating OSDR datasets.

Next meeting Tuesday November 24th. Reach out if you want to join: @katherine.j.baxter [katherine.baxter@glasgow.ac.uk](mailto:katherine.baxter@glasgow.ac.uk)

All the best,

Katherine
