In-Person 2026 AWG Workshop Form

Hello AWG Members @AWGall –

We have a half-day in-person AWG Workshop confirmed for the morning of December 2, 2026, in Crystal City, Virginia, USA, just outside Washington, D.C., before the start of ASGSR 2026 (American Society for Gravitational and Space Research). A virtual option will run alongside it, so you can take part either way.

Your response helps us gauge room size and pre-register the right number of people.

A few notes:

  • Attendees cover their own costs.
  • If you attend in person, plan to register for ASGSR (a daily or full conference pass) to join the opening plenary, reception, and conference activities that day.
  • The virtual option has no cost to attend.
  • We cannot accommodate high school students at the 2026 AWG Workshop.
