Join the Human AWG OSDR-SPOKE Fabric Subgroup Knowledge Graph & ML

Dear AWG members -

We’re excited to expand the integration of datasets in the OSDR GeneLab-SPOKE data fabric. Once a dataset is incorporated, researchers can seamlessly conduct SPOKE analyses within the OSDR GeneLab Visualization portal.

We’re seeking your expertise in processing human datasets and mapping them to SPOKE. If you’re interested in contributing or learning more about leveraging SPOKE in your research, please join us for the OSDR-SPOKE Fabric subgroup meeting the first Tuesday of each month starting Tuesday, November 5, 2024 6:00 PM PT.

Unfortunately, no… I would be travelling on the 3rd for ASGSR, so will miss the upcoming meeting. Is the SPOKE Lead attending ASGSR? Then I can meet them in-person.
