Goals:  
Engage the community of practice working on plume-surface interactions, whether from a science, engineering, instrumentation, or mission perspective.  
Highlight plume-surface interaction research, including.  
Experimental and test work.  
Computational approaches.  
Flight instrumentation.  
Identify knowledge gaps and areas for collaboration within the plume-surface interaction community and related disciplines.
