Hi everyone,

A colleague and I have just wrapped the [OSD758](https://doi.org/10.26030/d6dj-d777) dataset from the OSDR into an R data package, developed for a local RNA-seq analysis workshop here in Portugal. We thought it might be useful to share it more broadly:

📦 **R data package** : [Artificial Gravity Attenuates the Transcriptomic Response to Spaceflight in the Optic Nerve and Retina • OSD758](https://www.pattern.institute/OSD758/)

The goal of this package is to help students get started quickly with the coding aspects of RNA-seq analysis, without spending too much time on preliminary data wrangling.

Even if this specific dataset isn’t of direct interest (we chose it for its simplicity — a single experimental variable: effective acceleration), the package might still be pedagogical for those working with R who wish to share OSDR datasets in a ready-to-analyse format for teaching or reproducible research.

How amazing! Thank you for sharing! I miss Portugal, wonderful country that I could learn from the best researchers
