Hi everyone, I’m currently working on the SPOKE project and looking for a few people interested in helping with data mining and exploration. Right now, SPOKE is set up for **Bulk RNA** data, with scRNA and other modalities coming soon. If you’re interested in contributing, brainstorming ideas, or learning more about how we’re using SPOKE for biological data analysis, feel free to reply here or reach out to me directly. We’d love to get a few more hands involved as we continue building out the tool and testing new ideas! – Sehaj [@HUMANawg](https://awg.osdr.space/groups/humanawg) @asaravia ---
