Hey. I am Ifrah Jawad, an MS Bioinformatics student from Pakistan. I love to work with multiomics data, have an interest in machine learning algorithms, computational cancer genomics and computational modelling.

My masters thesis revolves around studying the mechanism behind Spaceflight Associated Neuro-ocular Syndrome (SANS) through computational modelling. Plus, I have wet lab expertise due to my biotechnology degree, and cancer genomics expertise due to my internships and work on structural variant analysis.

I would love to contribute to the amazing and extremely interesting projects I am seeing here at AWG and hopefully connect with intelligent peers!
