B.Sc. Biological Sciences – Biotechnology, Universidad Favaloro, Argentina, 2025.

My undergraduate thesis at IMETTyB (CONICET–Universidad Favaloro) looked at Muse cell therapy in an ovine model of acute myocardial infarction, combining wet-lab work (fluorescence microscopy, immunohistochemistry, RT-qPCR, SDS-Page, Western Blot) with transcriptomic reanalysis of public GEO data. I currently work in clinical trial operations, and have training in GCP (ICH E6(R3)) and clinical data documentation standards.

My main interest is functional enrichment and the biological interpretation of omics data. I recently finished NASA GL4U On-Demand (Intro + RNA-Seq) and am building my R and Python. Happy to help with enrichment and interpretation on any sub-project, across organisms and data types, and glad to be pointed at things I can learn from.
