I’m currently pursuing my Doctoral research under the mentorship of Dr. Ram Rup Sarkar at CSIR - National Chemical Laboratory, India.
My work focuses mainly on elucidating the impacts of microgravity on T-cell behaviour by integrating the fluid dynamics simulation, network-based systems biology, and mathematical modelling using differential equations.
:microscope: Research Focus & Technical Expertise
:check_mark: Computational Immunology – Modelling immune cell adaptation under biophysical stressors such as altered gravity
:check_mark: Systems Biology & Network Analysis – Leveraging TRRUST, REACTOME, and STRING to map and analyse protein interaction networks
:check_mark: Particle- and Fluid-Based Simulations – Developing DPD-based models to explore fluid–cell and solid–fluid interactions
:check_mark: Data Analysis & Statistical Modelling – Applying Python for omics data interpretation and functional annotation

My research aims to bridge physics-driven simulations with biological interpretation, offering a multiscale perspective on how gravity influences immune regulation. I am particularly interested in simulating complex cellular environments using Python-based particle interaction frameworks.

I welcome discussions and collaborations in computational biology, biophysical modelling, and systems immunology. Let’s connect!
