I’m a Master’s student in Bioinformatics at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (LMU).

My work combines multi-omics analysis with deep learning:

- Omics analysis: RNA-seq, ATAC-seq and CUT&RUN analysis in human T cell immunology.

- Deep learning for proteomics: transformer-based models for predicting peptide fragmentation spectra in mass spectrometry.

- Machine learning: Python, R, PyTorch and TensorFlow, with a focus on protein language models.

I’m interested in applying these methods to space life sciences and radiation biology.
