I am a microbiome data scientist, and my lab leads the development of the QIIME 2 microbiome data science platform and runs and moderates the QIIME 2 Forum.

We additionally work on the microbiome science of human excrement composting (eg), and build microbiome data science educational resources around these data (eg). We are interested in collaborating with researchers who are interested in leveraging microbiome science to support bioregenerative life support systems.
