Hi! I’m a Data Scientist/Bioinformatician at NHS The Royal Marsden in London, I specialise in machine learning applications and NGS pipelines for cancer and rare disease genomics. I also currently do research with NHS Great Ormond Street Hospital, and the Institute of Cancer Research.

My PhD is/was in space biology - particularly I’m interested in astronaut omics and enhancing data science capabilities within space biology. I’m interested in casual involvement with space biology projects and collaborations in my free time. #spaceomics
