I am a Biotechnology undergraduate at Kanpur Institute of Technology (AKTU) with a research focus on bioinformatics, computational biology, and AI-driven biomedical science. My interests span cancer biology, drug discovery, genomics, and space biology, where I aim to integrate computational approaches with experimental biology to address complex biological and healthcare challenges.
My work combines wet-lab experience with computational analysis. I have practical training in PCR, DNA/RNA isolation, gel electrophoresis, microbial culture, media preparation, and aseptic techniques, complemented by experience with Python, Biopython, GitHub, NCBI resources, BLAST, FASTA, and next-generation sequencing (NGS) workflows. I am particularly interested in developing scientific software and bioinformatics pipelines that transform biological data into meaningful scientific insights.
I have completed research internships in 3D Bioprinting at IIT Jammu and Bioinformatics at IIIT Una, where I strengthened my foundation in computational analysis and interdisciplinary research. I am also contributing to a research manuscript while actively building open-source bioinformatics projects, including GenomeX and Human Insulin Bioinformatics Analysis, to support reproducible and accessible biological research.
I am passionate about working across disciplines, bringing together biology, computation, and artificial intelligence to advance scientific discovery. My long-term goal is to contribute to research in space biology and AI-enabled healthcare by developing innovative computational methods that improve our understanding of human biology and support next-generation precision medicine.
