Nice to e-meet you, I’m Naomi!
I’m currently a Integrated Masters student at the University of Leicester’s department of Genetics.

For the first three years of my course I focused on wet lab work, but I have decided to specialize in bioinformatics starting this year.

At the moment I am undertaking my final project about whether Daphnia magna temporal populations showcase differences in expression of DNA methylation genes due to shifts in environmental stressors. You can follow my progress on my Git repo: https://github.com/momiskiv/RNAseqEpiGen
