I’m a Principal Data Scientist with a background in developmental and cancer genomics. I’ve worked across academia and industry, contributing to projects from embryo segmentation to breast cancer genetics, and developing open-source R packages like gwasrapidd and quincunx. My recent work spans biotech consulting, regulatory R validation, and open-source software for clinical trials as part of the CDISC initiative. Since 2023, I’ve been Director of the Pattern Institute, where I lead cross-disciplinary projects on complex biological systems. I’m committed to open science, reproducibility, and bridging robust methods with real-world application.
