I am a computer science PhD student at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. My research in the field of computational biology has been focused on 1) developing models to understand the regulatory mechanism of cancer progression and 2) AI-guided enzyme/small-molecule design via model based optimization and generative modeling.
