Associate professor, Department of Biomedical Sciences and Engineering, National Central University, Taiwan. Our laboratory focuses on analyzing a large amount of human genome sequence data (whole genome, exome, miR-NAseq, and RNA-seq) using next-generation sequencers to elucidate the relationship between genetic alterations and cancer, human diseases, and drug responses. We have also established a transcriptome database in a mechanical dynamic cell culture system and are dedicated to cancer genome sequencing profiles to obtain a comprehensive description of biomimetic cancer. Furthermore, we have expanded our research scope to include space biomedical research, exploring changes in gene expression and cellular behavior in microgravity environments. This work aims to provide crucial scientific foundations and innovative solutions for future space missions and space medicine.
