I am a passionate scientist at the intersection of bioinformatics, biophysics, and machine learning, with a strong foundation in both academia and industry. My journey spans two Master’s degrees (M.Phil in Biophysics and M.S in Bioinformatics), publications, patents and hands-on experience in cutting-edge areas like Microarrays, sc-RNA-SEQ, NGS, CRISPR diagnostics, CRISPR therapeutics and protein engineering. Currently I am channeling my expertise as Bioinformatics Data Scientist in Mammoth Biosciences.
I thrive on unravelling complex biological problems through data-driven insights, employing tools like decision trees, protein function prediction via ESM embedding and advanced statistical modelling.
