I am a biomedical engineer who is dedicated to advancing space medicine and AI-driven biological research for spaceflight and ground-based applications. I help academic and industry professionals conduct research that broadens understanding and leads to the development of novel biotechnology. Ultimately, I am on a mission to expand my disciplines and leverage my expertise in a way that improves the health of all living things on Earth and beyond! Outside of my professional pursuits, I train for and compete in various endurance and outdoor sports. I also advocate for species and ecosystem restoration and preservation. Balancing my career, academics, athletics, and interests has sharpened my skills in strategic planning, coordination, and resilience which are essential qualities for tackling complex challenges. I am always eager to connect with professionals who are interested in AI/ML, biomimicry, astrobiology, gene editting and space medicine.
