I’m interested in joining the Exosome-Based Biomarkers project, specifically Objective #3, the sex-stratified multi-omics analysis to understand tissue-specific contributions to exosome release and signaling.
Could you share more details on: -
What datasets are currently being used for this objective?
What tools/software the team is using for the analysis?
Where I could best contribute given my current skill level?
My background:
I have a background in Computer Science with a Diploma in IT. I’m currently taking a Data Analysis course from Harvard University and a Health Informatics course from Johns Hopkins University (Online). While I’m still building my expertise in bioinformatics, I have solid foundational skills in data collection, organization, and management, and I’m eager to grow into deeper analysis work.
I’d be glad to start by helping organize and manage the multi-omics datasets, and take on more analysis-focused tasks as I learn the team’s tools and workflow.
