Hi all - I just put the link to the June 17 kickoff meeting in Ryan’s original post in this thread.
Hi everyone ![]()
I’m a new member of the AWG space and just recently joined the PoIS Hackathon. I’ve been catching up on the shared resources and kick-off info, and the challenge around simulating rare muscle datasets is super interesting!
I’ll admit I’m still getting oriented with everything. I wasn’t able to dive in earlier due to exams, but now I’m ready and excited to contribute. Since this is my first experience with AWGs and these datasets, I’d appreciate any pointers on how to begin, such as selecting a dataset, setting up an initial analysis environment (E.g., Google Colab), or even connecting with ongoing threads where I could collaborate.
I look forward to exploring synthetic data solutions and learning from all of you. Thanks in advance for any advice or suggestions ![]()
