Review needed for In Vivo Calcium Imaging assays

Hi all,

We are in need of subject matter experts that can review our assay metadata configuration for In Vivo Calcium Imaging.

Please take a look and provide feedback directly in that document. Feedback can be anything from “This isn’t necessary to record”, “Change this name to xx”, “You should include the measurements of XX and XX”, and so on.

If you feel more comfortable providing feedback privately, or if you have questions, please reach out to me on here or at rachel.r.gilbert@nasa.gov.

@ALSDAawg @vfajardo @egle @dave @pinpin @keith.siew @eischa @jbraun @russell.turner @rghinshaw @trache @wcromer - if anyone has any expertise which could help, or know SMEs we can reach out to?

I can take a look and I know a few folks as well that may be able to.

Walter that would be awesome. We really do need more physiologists and imaging experts in the AWGs :slight_smile: We have the person who is submitting a dataset with this assay, and we can look up the protocol/details ourselves, but consensus from an outside perspective of an SME is irreplaceable. Cheers

Absolutely I understand. I’ll reach out to Pooneh Badgher who does a lot of calcium imaging.
