Best of luck, i don’t have an idea off the top of my head, although, maybe… You may want to check out the knowledge graph tool which also can leverage ML SPOKE. Perhaps running a project using the SPOKE knowledge graph tool, to mine human and model organism data could be a project? Maybe also DM @canelson @lauren.sanders and myself. Could be some interesting aspects of math to be integrate and yet to be figured out?
Previous papers using SPOKE, which may get some ideas of yours flowing: MS & Spoke, Parkinson’s & Spoke, Alzheimers and Spoke, and an early proof of concept paper using only spaceflight rodent data and Spoke. I know with almost certainty the future between ML and knowledge graphs are going to pay off in the biomedical and space health/space biology world.
