International Women's Day

On March 8, we celebrate International Women’s Day and recognize the women who contribute every day across science, medicine, engineering, operations, and leadership.

From laboratories, clinics, operating rooms to mission control centers and astronauts, women play essential roles in advancing discovery and innovation. In the aerospace community, their expertise, dedication, and leadership are helping shape the future of human exploration.

As part of the NASA OSDR Community, we recognize the importance of fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment where diversity strengthen scientific progress. Supporting women across the global workforce is critical not only for equity, but also for advancing the bold goals of space exploration. On this day, we celebrate the achievements, resilience, and leadership of women everywhere across disciplines, across industries, and across borders.

Thank you to all the women whose work continues to move science, exploration, and society forward.
