NASA EDGE: Beta Testers Needed!

We’re looking for beta testers for the NASA EDGE platform. The NASA EDGE platform makes GeneLab standard omics processing pipelines easy to run on both user-uploaded and OSDR datasets, without the need for compute resources.

We’re looking for a wide range of backgrounds for testing, from novice users to bioinformaticians. So you do not have to have prior bioinformatics experience to sign up. The first workflow available is our Amplicon Sequencing workflow.

Thank you all so much for your interest! We are currently working out a few bugs, and hoping to be ready to start the beta test in the next week or two. Thank you all so much for signing up to be beta testers! Unfortunately, due to the government shutdown we have to post-pone the start date for the beta test. We’re hoping to be able to start shortly after the government re-opens, so please continue to share the sign-up form so we can recruit more testers!

I’ll send another update once the government re-opens.
