Hi everyone, and thank you so much for putting together such clear and welcoming information, it’s made getting started so much easier 
I do have two questions I couldn’t quite find answers to:
First, what’s the process for proposing a research topic or project idea within an AWG? I’d love to understand how ideas usually get started and taken forward.
And second, I’m joining from Argentina 
, I understand membership and participation are open internationally, but I wanted to ask whether in-person events and job/opportunity postings are open to non-US participants, or whether some of those are limited to US citizens.
