Hi everyone! I’m Madeeha, a high school student from Ontario, Canada, and I’m excited to be joining the OSDR Analysis Working Groups.
I’m especially interested in neuroscience, biomedical engineering, neurodegenerative disease, computational biology, and the use of data/AI in medical research. I’m currently working on a research project focused on Alzheimer’s disease and acetylcholinesterase, and I’ve also been exploring protein structure analysis.
My current skills include scientific literature review, research writing, basic data analysis and visualization, and AI-assisted research tools. I’m hoping to learn more about bioinformatics, machine learning, omics, and neuroscience through the AWGs.
I’m particularly interested in the Brain AWG and am currently looking through the different subgroup projects.
