I have been working on the Glycan Code, because it is a mature area of research from which we can learn to handle complex 3D spatial codes. What we learn here will be adaptable to 3D tissue and tumor architecture.

Here is a video about my first algorithm. I’m developing more that complement this one and plan to release a pre-print in the coming months. We will create an open-source Python script in the future.
