Have you developed hardware to help you grow plants in space-relevant systems?
Have you written up anything to share about the methods involved?
Perhaps there’s a scientific paper, or just a simply worded blog post?
I came across this blog post by TA Toennison where she retrofitted a tube mixer to be a clinostat that grew plates of plants.
Have you found or written anything interesting for growing plants that would be relevant for plant space biology?

I wrote this blog post about developing hardware to grow microgreens on a Random Positioning Machine. This was in response to a question from a horticulture student. I added this to my blog because when I share things, I like them to be public-facing so anyone can benefit from the time I spent putting them together. Not just for one or two people. Here’s a link to the blog post.

@botanynerd We’ve recently published a paper about design concepts for managing water in growth chambers while in microgravity. Check it out!
