Might it be useful to know the starting material, pre-extraction @kristen.peach?
Separate from this, I’m curious how these fields might be cross-ref with other data on same samples? In some of our ddPCR, we also did qPCR and PLFAs to contrast tools for total fungi from plants/soils.
