I’m excited to announce that our Search Filter Categories on both the main OSDR repository landing page and the OSDR Visualization Dashboard have been updated to include all Assay Measurement Types, Organisms, Material Types, and Factors that currently exist in OSDR.
Subsequent updates will include “Technology Types” and “Device Platforms” child and grandchild categories, respectively, under the “Assay Measurement Types” parent category, as well as a new “Payload” parent category.
A big thank you to the OSDR Data Systems, Visualization, and Curation Teams for making this happen!
We welcome your feedback as you begin to mine OSDR data using these updated Filter Categories.
