The 2026 AWG Membership Renewal Drive is now open and runs through May 15, 2026.
The form link is not posted here.
It went out today via the osdr-awg-renewal@lists.nasa.gov listserv, which is filtered to members who need to renew.
If you got the listserv email, please complete the ~30 second form linked inside it by May 15.
If you did NOT receive the listserv email, you do not need to do anything. It means one of the following applies to you:
- You joined the AWG on or after January 1, 2026 — your membership is already current, no renewal needed.
- You’re affiliated with the Planetary Protection AWG (in ANY combination — PP-only OR PP plus other AWGs). PP is fully exempt from this year’s drive. Do not fill out the renewal form.
- You’re already marked Inactive on the master roster.
We do this yearly renewal to maintain accurate counts of active and interested AWG members.
If we don’t receive a reply from renewal-listserv recipients by May 15, 2026, those non-responders will be removed from:
- The active AWG membership list
- The AWG Forum-Space (account will be deleted)
- The osdr-awg-all email listserv (the main listserv)
You can always rejoin later via the AWG About page: https://awg.osdr.space/about
A note on the @ tags below: These tags notify everyone in those AWG groups so engaged Forum-Space members see this post. If you’re tagged but didn’t receive the listserv email, you don’t need to do anything. And anyone in the Planetary Protection AWG (any combination) should NOT fill out the renewal form regardless of being tagged.
