We had requested for processed data from OSD 612 Brain last year. We see the sc/sn FASTQ files in there. Is it possible to get an update on the processed files please?
Also the file name is GLDS 588 even though it’s under OSD 612. Are these the same or different?

I am reaching out regarding an issue we’ve encountered while attempting to submit a request to access restricted OSDR data related to SpaceX flight genomic data. We have obtained the necessary IRB documentation, and our university has approved the submission of this document. However, despite these preparations, we are unable to complete the submission process.
Specifically, after completing the request form and attaching the IRB document, clicking the “Submit” button does not yield a response. We have tried multiple times to submit the files and have also contacted the OSDR support team. Unfortunately, they have confirmed that they do not see any submission attempts from their end.
To resolve this, we’ve attempted basic troubleshooting steps, including:
- Using different browsers.
- Accessing the system via the University VPN.
- Ensuring there are no issues with account login credentials.
Despite these efforts, the problem persists.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue? If so, I would greatly appreciate any insights or solutions you could share.
