I am interested in submitting a paper to SPAICE 2026 and would like to clarify a few important points before preparing the manuscript:

  1. Is SPAICE 2026 offering a hybrid / virtual presentation option, or is physical in-person presentation mandatory for accepted papers?

  2. Could you please provide details of the charges involved for in-person participation (e.g., registration fee, presenter fee, or any other compulsory charges)?

  3. Are there any travel grants, student support options, or financial assistance programs available for accepted authors?

Also, kindly let me know if there are any other important points or requirements that authors should be aware of in advance regarding presentation logistics, registration, or participation.

Warm regards,
Cephas Coots
