Do we have a list of astrobiology journals ? specifically focused on space medicine.

That’s a good idea to do a list. We helped train a space-science specific LLM about 2 years ago, tomorrow or Tuesday, I’ll post them all here, so we can start a list.
Might be more broad than microbiology tho
Also, in general, I refer to our field as space biology, or space health, or aerospace medicine, or space biosciences, or space life sciences. All are connected to making life thrive in space, support life and ecosystems in space, geared around human spaceflight. This up til now is generally distinct from astrobiology, which I understand to mean the detection, evolution, and distribution of life across the universe.
