I’m currently delving into various methods to simulate microgravity conditions for both human and animal research. Apart from the commonly used head-down tilt (HDT) for humans and hindlimb unloading (HU) for rats (also known as hindlimb suspension), I’m curious to know if there are other recognized or validated methods for simulating microgravity that researchers are actively using or recommend.
Are there other established protocols or experimental setups that have been widely adopted in the field? I’d appreciate any insights, references, or personal experiences regarding these additional methods.

There are is the Rotating Wall Vessel
thanks,Are there any devices for simulating microgravity in animals, besides the ones I previously described?
Centrifuge, I’ve heard and read papers with scientists arguing that when animals are acclimated over time to 2G, when they are brought down to 1G, some physiological responses are similar to microgravity in that delta
