Thankyou very much for all your responses, I want to schedule a Zoom call for later in the week (either Thursday or Friday) where I can describe my proposal in greater detail and we can mutually agree on a plan of action moving forward.
My working timezone is GMT, I will schedule the call for late afternoon/early evening to account for our respective differing working hours, as many contributors are US-based.

Could you wait 1 day, and present at the Microbes @MicrobesAWG meeting starting 1 hour later?
It’s a perfect place to present your project proposal anyway.
Microbes AWG Meeting is always first Wednesday of the month (so Nov 5), 6-7p GMT (10a PST; 12p CST; 6p BST/GMT; 7p CEST; 11:30p IST)

Hi Ryan,
Yes, but there are members from the Plant AWG, Animal AWG, MultiOmics AWG and ALSDA AWG who are interested in taking part, so I would need to set up a secondary meeting. I would prefer to keep the scheduled meeting time tomorrow to reach who’s interested, then I can talk for a bit in the Microbes AWG meeting.

Hi all,
Just concerning the scheduled meeting today, I have only seen 4 accepted invitations out of 11 in total. I would prefer to meet and chat with everyone interested to cohesively move this proposal forward. Can interested members let me know their respective best days to meet, so I can set a defined set time that ensures I can update everyone simultaneously
