My name is SEERAT MAQSOOD and I am currently completing my Ph.D. in Cellular and Molecular Biotechnology (expected thesis submission November 2025) in Italy, with a research focus on the Characterization and Validation of Biopolymers for 3D Scaffold Development in IVF technologies. My academic background and research experience span reproductive biology, embryology, molecular genetics, and stem cell based modeling, and I am now seeking postdoctoral opportunities in related fields.My doctoral and collaborative work, including research conducted at NASA Ames Research Center as a Young Scientist, involves studying the impact of microgravity and irradiation on ovarian physiology and embryonic development in rodent models, as well as applying AI/ML tools for ovarian assessment and reproductive data analysis. I also have experience with multi-omics approaches, 3D culture systems, and organoid-based modeling of reproductive tissues. I am also involved at SpaceBorn United Ltd as Space IVF researcher to study impact, advantage or disadvantage of performing ART (Assisted Reproductive Technology) in space environment and the past work experience at Institute of Genetics and Animal Biotechnology involved Chimeric Mouse Models, Embryo Manipulation, and Placenta-related Neurodevelopmental Studies, providing me with a strong foundation in in vitro modeling and cellular regeneration systems.
