Check out our latest GeneLab Chats (soon to be OSDR Chats) video featured on the OSDR website where we hear PhD candidate Gbolaga Olanrewaju at Ohio University describe his team’s research on Arabidopsis seedlings and how they adapt to the challenges of spaceflight with research that included OSD-38 and OSD-522, both available through the Open Science Data Repository (OSDR)!
Geizi here. Sorry for not getting in touch with you (and the discord gang) actively. There were changes in my class load this year and it’s also been a pretty rough beginning of the semester.
A couple of my students are very interested in utilizing the data available from the Open Science Data Repository for their Science Research. I went back to access some of the available data but since I have not been there in a while, i felt old and lost - lol. Looks like there has been some changes there and I was not able to keep up.
I’d like to see if you have some availability sometime next week, maybe Thursday (November 7) after 3 PM MST (2 PM PST)? If you can walk me and my students again on how to create accounts, access the data available and see other features? I will send you the student’s research topic ideas sometime this week after we brainstorm.
Let me know what you think and if you are available on that day. If not, let me know your availability and we will make it work.
