Registration is open for the 2026 OSDR AWG Workshop, a half-day, in-person workshop on the morning of Wednesday, December 2, 2026 (8:30 AM to 12:45 PM ET) at the Crystal Gateway Marriott in Crystal City, VA, just before the American Society for Gravitational and Space Research (ASGSR) 2026 Annual Meeting begins. Open to all AWG members and all ASGSR 2026 attendees, space permitting.
On the agenda: lightning talks from each AWG, keynotes from Talmo Pereira (Salk Institute) and Ben Sikes (University of Kansas), a Brain AWG presentation by Windy McNerney (Stanford) on running productive subgroup projects, and two rounds of AWG breakout tables. Required for everyone, including those who completed the July-August interest form. Registration closes December 1 or when the room reaches capacity, so register early. -

One-day pass: $450 professional, $200 undergraduate/graduate student. Attendees cover their own registration and travel. We cannot accommodate high school students. -
Can’t attend in person? Sessions from 8:30 to 11:00 AM ET will stream as a view-only webinar. Select that option on the registration form and we will email you the link before December 2. The stream link will also be posted here.
