We cordially invite you to submit an abstract for the 2025 NASA Human Research Program Investigators’ Workshop (HRP IWS) to be held at the Galveston Island Convention Center, from Tuesday, January 28 through Friday, January 31, 2025. The deadline for abstract submission is September 24, 2024.
The presenting author must be the one to submit the abstract. All future communications regarding the abstract and assigned presentation will be sent only to the abstract submitter.
During abstract submission, please remember to designate if you would like to enter your abstract into the poster competition (postdoctoral fellows, graduate students, and undergraduate students only).

We are using a new abstract submission tool for the 2025 HRP IWS (Sessionboard). You will need to create an account at your first entry into the tool.

You will be notified of abstract acceptance and classification (oral vs. poster) in late November. All presenters will be required to upload presentation content in advance of the workshop. Details of the content and deadlines will be included in the late November communication. Please contact us by e-mail at JSC-HRP-IWS@mail.nasa.gov with any questions.
After you submit, you will receive a confirmation email from our abstract tool vendor, Sessionboard (no-reply@sessionboard.com). This message could go to junk/spam/quarantine folders. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at JSC-HRP-IWS@mail.nasa.gov.
Abstract submission does not register you for the workshop. HRP IWS registration will open mid-September so please be watching for your email invite.
