Could you please share the project details?

Some of the details can be found in the AIML AWG Member Hub: https://awg.osdr.space/g/AIMLawg

Obviously @mboerrigter would be the best to connect with

Have you seen the new Viz tools?

A few ideas from today’s AI/ML AWG meeting:

Relevant papers:

Global transcriptomic analysis suggests carbon dioxide as an environmental stressor in spaceflight: A systems biology GeneLab case study | Scientific Reports

  • Paper published a few years ago, looking at CO2 levels and potential molecular signatures using data in OSDR

Additional metadata to capture:

  • the number of individuals in the station
  • pressure is another factor that will affect CO2
  • whenever there is docking, the transporter brings it’s own CO2 and O2 level, so another factor to look at
  • The frequency of cargo/crew capsules (for all connected modules/programs) and EVA
  • Or look for VO2 and tidal measurements from ground/space of each astronauts (NASA only)
  • Also significant CO2 production from hydroponics. Pre-breath protocols before and after EVAs probably the highest CO2 from human sources.
