Have you explored the Physical Sciences Informatics repository?
There are a number of datasets connected to materials, but also biophysics, fluids, all which could be relevant? I’d do a deep dive into those PSI data
Would need a bit more on exactly what your research is looking at, to think of anything more, refs, ideas, other potential data
@marinafreitas - any thoughts on ideas or questions I can answer? Did you find the Physical Sciences Informatics data useful?
You could message @Subhayu if questions on the PSI data, or project ideas you’d like to explore for mining its data
Out thin team is a bit thinner during the shutdown but I should be available to try and answer any questions about PSI.
