Good place to start: the OSDR Visualization Dashboard. Filter Material type to Brain and you get 41 datasets, and widening to eye, spinal cord and other CNS-adjacent tissues turns up more. Pair those with cabin conditions from the Environmental Data App and you have environment-to-biology data you can model.
For the SI and complex systems side, the Causal Inference subgroup in the SI/ML AWG is the closest match to what you describe. @NateA leads it with @james.casaletto and @anna.lewkowicz, so start with them. Everything else lives in the subgroup table.
