Happy to announce our pre-print resulting from collaboration with AWG members (Aurora @britaniadiazf , Bruno @bruno.pavletic , Mihir @MihirKalyanthaya ). Shout out to Lisa McNamee @mcnamel for introducing me to Lokesh Joshi at University of Galway, who become a co-author. We are one step closer to cracking “The Sugar Code” in biology. We look forward to applying this technology to the affects of microgravity on pathogen infections and plant biology.
I will be presenting a update on this project to the Multi-OMICS AWG Group on Wednesday, August 19th at 11am EST. Below is a webinar I gave on the pre-print we just posted. The paper is under peer-review.
