Seeking Collaborators: Apply New Software to Analyze Glycan Structure in Space Biology Data

Hi AWG, There are glycan structure data sets on OSDR due the effect of space travel conditions. We just released our open-source software (GlycoAssessor) and are looking for people to apply it to OSDR data sets.

GlycoAssessor is live and has tutorial videos on how to use it and how to install it! Great job, @danielegos for creating it and Mihir Kalyanthay for explaining how to use it. We are moving the ball forward by creating open-source tools to translate the spatial information in The Glycan Code of Biology (a.k.a. The Sugar Code). https://www.tsg-lab.org/glycobiology
