SOLSTICE Project

This paper might be of some use - https://militaryhealth.bmj.com/content/early/2024/07/13/military-2024-002687.abstract we’re finding HRV somewhat useful but the methods used to measure it matter a lot.

Thanks for the suggestion Brandon @robertsb21 - this meta-analysis is being led by @mattias.neset who also has this as part of a chapter in his PHD. As SMEs are brought in for the manuscript, I will absolutely make sure to pull you in. Cheers and thanks for the feedback

Thanks also @sokcintye — I believe the project is beyond the Covidence stage, but will reach out to you in the manuscript phase too :tada::+1:

We could potentially use data from this kind of meta analysis to make initial estimates for risk projections. The variables would need to be directly tied to Cardiovascular risk though. For example blood pressure would be but heart rate would not be (I attached a paper from a couple years a go where we talked a bit about this for space radiation but the idea holds more generally). It would be complicated to do something like this but his kind of meta-analysis could help enable initial steps. I’ll try to make the meeting next week
