Alzheimers treatment

While all current Alzheimers drugs cause microhemorrhaging and brain swelling one therapy is in clinical trials that at least cleans up protein deposits and stops white blood cells from making this worse :https://nkgenbiotech.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/ADPD-2026-NKGen-Presentation-March-2026.pdf

However the disease rages merrily on. The only one who has done a proper time series to look at what is behind Tau and Amyloid and look at the process of this disease is:

Dr Peter wants to go further back in this process and from my viewpoint would be a complex omics analysis using a monte carlo approach. Because the typical biology approach does not encompass this, most research is still focused on the end result and thus fails to understand the process that creates the end result of Tau and Amyloids which is too late and misses the entire point . That is why there is no precision here because of the lack of mathematical understanding of disease processes and instead the focus has been on the end result which is totally besides the point. The proof of this is that those with this disease continue to die using the accepted way of researching disease.
