However, I most likely will not be able to present during the meeting as I will have major background noise. Hi @jgong and all, as we discussed in yesterday’s meeting, I have attached the script I used for deconvolution analysis of the bulk RNA-seq data: cibersortx_input_prep.R - Google Drive This script includes both R and Python components for preparing the input for CIBERSORTx. I have also added details on how to run the analysis on CIBERSORTx and how to interpret the results in this presentation: Loading Google Slides Please let me know if you have any questions.

Hi Lauren,
I was finally able to get the imputation incorporated for flight and non-flight data. Attached is the html (need to download and open in chrome): rr9_retina_dataset.html - Google Drive

There are four imputers I tried, and it looks like MICE with bagging regressor might be a better option to go with.
I am working on setting up the classifier for pre and post imputation to evaluate the imputers.
